Prevara za EU sredstva
7. julij 2009 ob 18:12 | Denis Sarkić |Obrtna zbornica Slovenije (OZS) je danes opozorila na spletno prevaro podjetja PS-Mobil. Slednje je podjetjem po Sloveniji razposlalo pošto s pisno kodo, na podlagi katere se lahko na spletni strani www.nepovratna-sredstva-eu.com prijavijo za pridobitev nepovratnih sredstev EU, vplačajo določen znesek, za tem pa naj bi prejeli določena sredstva. Po prijavi na navedenem spletnem naslovu naj bi podjetja plačala znesek med 500 in 700 evri. S tem naj bi si zagotovila, da bodo prejela evropska sredstva v višini od 3000 do 30.000 evrov. Kot ob tem poudarjajo v OZS, je vse skupaj le prevara, saj “takšnih programov, ki bi podjetjem na tak način zagotavljala sredstva EU, ni”.

Kot so v OZS še zapisali v današnjem sporočilu za javnost, podjetjem odsvetujejo plačevanje prijavnine. Po njihovih besedah gre za “posebno vrsto pridobitne dejavnosti izumiteljev tovrstnega zbiranja denarja”. O tem so v OZS že obvestili policijo. Na omenjeno prevaro so se med drugim odzvali tudi v vladni službi za lokalno samoupravo in regionalno politiko. Kot organ upravljanja za evropske strukturne sklade in kohezijski sklad so poudarili, da programi, ki bi podjetjem na zgoraj opisani način zagotavljali sredstva EU, ne obstajajo. “Naslovnikom navedenega dopisa predlagamo, da ga ignorirajo,” so v sporočilu za javnost še poudarili v službi vlade za lokalno samoupravo in regionalno politiko.
Da gre za prevaro, so poudarili tudi na gospodarskem ministrstvu. Dodali so, da so obljube, kakršne so navedene v omenjenem dopisu, nerealne, saj je za pridobitev sredstev strukturnih skladov potrebno kandidirati na javnih razpisih. “Sredstev ni mogoče obljubljati vnaprej, saj vsak javni razpis predpisuje določene vstopne pogoje, ki jih je potrebno izpolnjevati, da se podjetje lahko sploh poteguje za sredstva. Prijavi sledi ocenjevanje projektov na osnovi v razpisih določenih kriterijev,” so pojasnili na gospodarskem ministrstvu in prejemnikom dopisa svetovali, naj ga ignorirajo.
Na dopisu družbe PS-Mobil je natisnjen tudi logotip podjetja R&R Knowledge Centre, ki je zaščitena blagovna znamka podjetja RR&Co. V slednjem so poudarili, da niso na noben način povezani s podjetjem PS-Mobil oz. njegovim dopisom in nakazilom denarja na njihov TRR. Kot so v sporočilu za javnost poudarili v RR&Co., je bil omenjeni logotip uporabljen brez njihove vednosti in dovoljenja. Zaradi suma storitve kaznivega dejanja so primer že prijavili policiji, vse morebitne prejemnike pa opozarjajo na dodatno previdnost.
Iz policije so sporočili, da primer trenutno preverjajo in proučujejo sume kaznivega dejanja. Če se bo izkazalo, da gre za kaznivo dejanje, bo policija v skladu z zakonom začela s predkazenskim postopkom oz. preiskavo. Policija občane ob tem poziva, naj bodo pri sklepanju tovrstnih poslov previdni. Opozarjajo predvsem na izogibanje nakazil denarnih sredstev na transakcijske račune, če za to ne obstaja pogodba, ki bi bila podlaga za posel.

No tako počenjajo že zdavnaj afriški zamorci ! Ponujajo po spletu dragocene mačje vrste ali druge živalice ! Plačilo po” povzetju”, toda najprej je treba nakazati denar za poštnino 150 eu, nato še pride zahtevek za posebeben živalski box za pošiljanje , ki stane še 300 evrov ! Takrat se posel zaključi ! To opozorilo sem prebral iz nemškega portala !
