Danes vam predstavljamo recept:
Jabolčna pita - ga. Milena Vareško
Potrebujemo:
Testo:
0,5 kg presejane moke
20 dag zmehčanega masla
1 jajce
4 - 5 žlic sladkorja
1 vanili sladkor
3/4 pecilnega praška
Nadev:
1 kg jabolk
1 vanili sladkor
cimet
sladkor
Na hitro zamešamo testo, če je presuho lahko dodamo malo mleka. Posebej olupimo in naribamo jabolka, ter jim primešamo cimet in vanili sladkor. Dobro polovico testa s prsti razporedimo po namaščenem pekaču, nanj položimo odcejena jabolka, ter potresemo s sladkorjem. Iz preostalega testa naredimo svaljke in z njimi prekrijemo jabolka. Pečemo 10 minut na 200°C, nato zmanjšamo na 180°C ter pečemo še približno 20 - 30 minut. Na koncu po želji potresemo s sladkorjem v prahu.

Lokalci smo skupina mladih, ki s povezovanjem generacij pri izmenjavi kulinaričnih receptov aktivira naše lokalno okolje in avdiovizualno zapisuje domače recepte. Projekt, ki ga izvajamo, vsebuje etno-kulinarične delavnice, kjer se učimo kuhe različnih lokalnih slovenskih receptov ter s kamerami zabeležimo pripravo jedi. Projekt je bil leta 2008 podprt iz programa Mladi v Akciji. Organizirali smo tudi delavnice spletnega in grafičnega oblikovanja. Lotili smo se organizacije kulinaričnega večera, kjer smo se medgeneracijsko prijetno družili. Pripravili smo dokumentarni film s prikazom receptov, ki smo jih skrbno zapisali v knjižico, ki smo jo izdali.
