Denis, dober intervju. Tudi gost se mi zdi dečko na mestu.
Ko pa govorimo o pravni državi, se moramo zavedati, da je policija samo ena stranica trikotnika policija - tožilstvo - sodišče, kjer pa sta drugi dve stranici bistveno bolj problematični od same policije ali če parafraziram nemškega sodnika, ki je bil pri nas 3 leta “na izmenjavi”: v Nemčiji je standard pospravljena miza, kar pomeni, da sodnik vse tekoče zadeve, ki jih tisti dan obdela, tudi zaključi, pa ne glede na to, koliko dodatnega časa mu to vzame.
Da o tožilstvu in nevlaganju obtožnic za kazniva dejanja sploh ne razpravljam… tukaj pa dejansko so politični pritiski, da se zadeve ne raziščejo, ali pa da se vsaj zadržijo, dokler se dokazov ne počisti.
