Univerzijada?
13. februar 2009 ob 1:31 | Denis Sarkić |Vlada je obravnavala projekt univerzijade 2013 v Mariboru in ga podprla, čeprav ni odobrila treh milijonov evrov koncesijske dajatve za FISU. Prav to pa se zdi nerazumljivo mariborskemu županu Francu Kanglerju, ki je postavil pod vprašaj odgovornost vlade. Tri milijone evrov koncesijske dajatve zahteva Mednarodna univerzitetna športna zveza (FISU) kot neke vrste garancijo, s katero se želi izogniti nekaterim slabim izkušnjam v zadnjem obdobju in si zagotoviti zanesljivo izvajanje dogovorjene kakovosti projekta.
Premier Bort Pahor o univerzijadi:
Vlada je na 13. redni seji obravnavala podporo projektu univerzijada 2013 v Mariboru. Predsednik vlade Borut Pahor je na novinarski konferenci po seji vlade potrdil, da vlada projekt sicer podpira, obenem pa dodal, da bo morala razmisliti o njegovi racionalizaciji. Kot je dejal Pahor, bodo sodelavci ministra za šolstvo in šport Igorja Lukšiča v naslednjih dneh začeli pogovore z mariborskim organizacijskim odborom univerzijade 2013. Pahor je dodal, da se bo potrebno pri izvedbi projekta obnašati racionalno in izkoristiti obstoječe športne objekte v Sloveniji. “Želimo, da se projekt izpelje na razumen, racionalen način. Da se posvetujemo s prireditelji o vseh možnostih, da bi bila univerzijada uspešna, da pa ne bi bila nerazumno draga v okoliščinah finančne in gospodarske krize,” je dejal Pahor.
Na Pahorjeve besede se je z izjavo za medije hitro odzval župan Franc Kangler, ki je dejal, da še nikoli v svojem županskem mandatu ni bil tako slabe volje. Po njegovih besedah je pod vprašajem odgovornost aktualne vlade in poudaril, da se mora slovenska država končno odločiti, ali zimska univerzijada v Mariboru bo ali pa je ne bo. Po njegovih besedah neodobritev sredstev za plačilo pristopnine odpira vprašanje odgovornosti aktualne vlade do prejšnje vlade in državnega zbora, ki sta podprla projekt univerzijade. Kot je dejal Kangler, se boji, kako se bo na potezo slovenske vlade odzvalo vodstvo FISU. Po njegovih besedah ni izključen tudi najbolj črn scenarij, to je, da bi FISU preklicala svojo odločitev, da bo zimska univerzijada 2013 v Mariboru.
Po besedah mariborskega župana želijo nekateri nad Štajersko in Maribor poslati črne oblake. Kot je napovedal, bo že prihodnji teden sklical koordinacijo svetniških skupim v mestnem svetu, nanjo pa bo povabil tudi vse politične stranke in štajerske poslance v državnem zboru. Posebej se želi srečati s tremi mariborskimi poslanci, ki vsi prihajajo iz vrst SD, izrazil pa je upanje, da se bo na pogovorih o univerzijadi lahko čim prej srečal tudi s Pahorjem. Izvedba enega večjih športnih dogodkov v zgodovini Slovenije je v zadnjem času dvignila precej prahu, zlasti zaradi višine stroškov za izgradnjo vse potrebne športne, prometne in turistične infrastrukture. V javnosti so se pojavile številke do 300 milijonov evrov, minister za šolstvo in šport Igor Lukšič pa je prejšnji teden napovedal racionalizacijo proračuna. Kot je povedal minister, je prva prioriteta, ki zajema samo izvedbo dogodka ter ureditev turistične, javne in nastanitvene infrastrukture za izvedbo univerzijade, ocenjena na 160 milijonov evrov in bo izpeljana v vsakem primeru. Druga prioriteta, ki vključuje dodatne in razvojne projekte na širšem območju Pohorja, niso pa nujni za samo izvedbo, pa je ocenjena na okoli 130 milijonov.

Popolnoma pravilna odlocitev g. Luksica in g. Pahorja.
Nad vso Slovenijo ze vise crni oblaki recesije in ze padajo prve tezke kaplje ib grmljenju. Tu bi se pa neki kmet privoscil veselico na prostem.
S tem denarjem je treba ohraniti SLO indusrijsko proizvodnjo.
Ta denar pomeni 30.000 delovnih mest/1leto/po 100UERO subvencij!
Ta denar pomeni 100 predstavnistev na vzhodu/ 1leto/razprodaja SLO proizvodnje in gospodarski vzpon.
Tudi Rusi ugotavljajo, da jim je ob sedanji krizi olimpijada v Soci mlinski kaen na vratu.
Casi so, ko ni prostora za emocije in maskerade.

Mislim, da je čas, da nekdo konkretno nabode Kanglera. Univerzijado si želi samo on s peščico interesnih skupin - predvsem mariborske gradbene mafije.

Za Kanglerja in univerziado je škoda denarja. V Maribor bo prišla peščica tretje razrednih športnikov. To bo pa tudi vse. Nam bodo pa ostali dolgovi.
Megalomanskega Kanglerja je treba ustaviti. Najprej Maribor, evropska prestolnica kulture, potem pa še Univerziada. Oboje prinaša nesorazmerno več stroškov kot koristi.
Horukarski Kangler me že vseskozi spominja na slona v trgovini s porcelanom.

Kangler in njegovi, ki so dobesedno izsilili to kandidaturo, se naj kar hvalijo, kakšen mednarodni uspeh je to bil. Vsak tepec ve,da je univerzijada za prireditelja povsem nezanimiva, predvsem iz finančne plati, torej tudi TV prenosov, ki sicer pokrijejo velik del stroškov.
Z oglato glavo se baje ne da okroglo misliti !

Ste spregledali?
1. Gospod ima teznje iz SLO narediti Venezuelo in vladati (v Mariboru), kot Hugo, se sto let!
Za to mu je prvic potrebna Univerziada!
2. Da se misliti, da, ta gospod iz SLS, ki je izsiljevala vse dosedanje vlade, razen Pahorja, je imela
svojo pogolno, lepljivo, roko ves cas v nasem davkolacevalskem drzavnem zaklju!
Znesek subvencij kmetom je znasal toliko, da ce bi jih prejel, posteno, vsak registriran kmet v SLO,
bi prejemali registrirani kmetje po 1.100 EURO/mesec od 1990 do 2008!
Vemo pa kam je sel ta denar, kakim 1000 zvestim pripadnikom SLS! In seveda, za trud, vodstvu!

EPK je super projekt, tak da prosim za malo več racionalne presoje in s tem komentarjev. Se pa kot Mraiborčanka nikakor ne strinjam z univerzijado. Menim celo, da nas Kanger s svojimi izpadi te dni sramoti.

Maribor bi moral pritisniti na FISU in dal organizaciji glede na naravo časa gladko vedeti, da projekta ne bo izpeljal brez večjega vložka.
Univerzijada je projekt FISU, ki ga bo organiziral Maribor! V naravi podobnih prireditev je, da je dobiti organizacijo vrednota, primer so letne olimpijske igre, zimske olimpijske igre..Toda problem je v tem, da zimska univerzijada ne spada v ta rang. Gre za tretjerazredno športno prireditev v vseh pogledih (v grobem so prvorazredne tiste, ki združujejo najboljše športnike na svetu, drugorazredne tiste, ki združujejo bodoče najboljše športnike na svetu - profesionalne mladinske igre, tretjerazredna pa tista, ki združujejo zgolj določeno “subkulturo” v športu, kot so športniki študentje ali športniki študentje ali invalidi - pri tem imajo paraolimpijske igre precej večji družben potencial in precej manj konkurence)!
Torej! FISU trži projekt, ki nima vrednosti, kot zlato jamo!

O debilnosti Kanglerjevih izpadov pa tako ali tako nima smisla izgubljati besed. Napad na Maribor bi bila predvsem neracionalna izvedba univerzijade (no zimske univerzijade)…

Kangler, nepovratno bo uničil naravo Pohorja. Ljudje božji ali se zavedate posega v naravo, že samo zaradi skakalnic 1′? Še stare tekmovalne proge niso uspeli sanirati (zasaditi ), če jo je sploh, vsled delovanja erozije, mogoče !?
Pa povprašajmo ljudstvo, ki bo plačnik tega Kanglerjevega umotvora in njegove govedarske ekipe. Ali so ljudje zato, da se najprej uredi svetovno prepoznavna PLANICA, ali nove skakalnice pod POHORJEM ?
Mislim, da bo potreben referendum !
