Šparga in brancin

Sestavine: 20 dag fileja dimljenega piranskega brancina , nekaj vejic divjega koromača, šopek divjih in šopek gojenih špargljev, žlica oljčnega olja, sok ene limone ali limete, poper, sol, po želji malo balzamičnega kisa , 1 hruška , nekaj mlade zelene solate ali zelišč za podlago
Priprava: Na krožnik položimo solato ali radič, nato koromač, narezane šparglje, vse sestavine po plasteh, da dobimo pisane barve in okuse. Na zelenjavo položimo koščke dimljenega brancina in na manjše koščke narezano hruško. Čez stisnemo limonin sok, sol, poper in oljčno olje. Če imamo čas, krožnik prekrijemo s folijo in položimo za pol ure v hladilnik, da se okusi prepojijo med seboj.
