Ellen Page je letnik 1987 in je kot Juno MacGuff postala letošnja oskarjeva nominiranka za glavno žensko vlogo. Mnogi ji vedežujejo bleščečo bodočnost, Roger Ebert celo eno glavnih leg na nočnem nebu. No, on je ob Rockyju tudi že gledal naslednjega Marlona Branda … Michael Douglas pa je prekaljen maček, ki se je dobro odrezal v resnih filmih (Wall Street in Igra, 1987 in 1997), mnoge pa nasmejal v lažjih, kot sta Romancing the Stone (1984) in The War of the Roses (1989), v obeh sparjen s Kathleen Turner. Douglas in Pageova zdaj oba nekako ponavljata močni trilerski vlogi iz filmov Prosti pad (Falling Down, 1993) in Prepovedan sadež (Hard Candy, 2005). Samo, da v njunih dobrohotnih likih ni nobene škodoželjnosti, ampak sta pretežno neškodljiva. Juno vas utegne spomniti na filme Wesa Andersona s hecno vokalno glasbo in slogovnimi pripomočki, kot so oblačila, ponavljajoči motivi idr.
| Kolosej in distibuter Karantanija cinemas nimata nič proti, če si ogledamo družinski fantasy Kronike Spiderwick (The Spiderwick Chronicles, 2008). Dobro — pa je za kaj? Je, za začetek je za razred boljši od Harryjev Potterjev. Mary-Louise Parker v stranski vlogi seveda ne moti … Na voljo imamo štiri vstopnice za sredino premiero (19. marca). Povej naslov kake uspešne teve serije, v kateri je Parkerjeva igrala, pa je par vstopnic tvoj! |

Gekko je bil boljši…je imel karizmo. Všeč mi je bil tudi v Black Rain in Disclosure.

@nucsub: to je problem, se strinjam. Na misel mi pride … skratka, napaka, zmotil sem se! petnajst je tako podobno devetnajst!

Par vstopnic je še neoddan — kaj niti zastonj v kino!? — pa naj gre prvemu zagretežu, ki pošlje polno ime na robert(pika)l(pika)tuva(afna)gmail(pika)com, moram sporočiti naprej, hitro, film ni slab.

Juno je top 5 na mojem 08 spisku:
1. Diablo Cody, trenutno (in že pred samoumevnim oskarjem) najbolj zaželjena scenaristka/scenarist.
2. Ellen Page, my choice za Akademijo, če bi slučajno člani dobil ‘hip’ vzgib (letos je bil na vrsti european, tud ok). Punca lahko v eni sceni deluje kot da ima 10 let in v drugi 30, zbira zahtevne in netipične vloge (X-Men 3 was 4 fun!), hkrati pa je že nekak prešla puberteto pa ni nevarnosti za Joel-Osmont sindrom. Verjetno v blagajne ne bo nosila miljard, sam jih tud Meryl Streep al pa Sissy Cpacek ne.
3. Celoten supporting cast, igranje Pageove bi v kombinaciji s kakim ‘Josh Harnett - hlod’ stilom zvenelo precej porazno.
4. Režija. Izkoristi predispozicije in dovoli, da kvaliteta res zasije. Koliko bolj utečenih režiserjev bi čutilo potrebo, da izdelku ‘agresivno’ dodajo svoj edinstveni pečat? Ne vem, koliko procentov si za končni uspeh zasluži Reitman, sigurno pa precej. Nikogar namreč še nisem slišal govorit o zanič filmu s super gl. igralko in nekaj scenarstičnimi domislicami..
Moje mnenje.
Plus še ena ‘TV’ povezava. Weeds so mi poleg Simpsonovih najboljša zadeva z malih ekranov. Pred kratkim sem odkril še tretjo najljubšo: Freaks and Geeks. Gimnazijska scena v 80., izredno spominja na Juno. V letih 99/00 je bila predvajana samo 1 sezona (18 delov po 45 min), ki je dosegla kulten status. Od avtorjev Knocked Up, Superbad, 40 Y.O. Virgin in… Weeds! : )

@Klemzo: Juno tudi meni v redu, a moja najljubša komedija, ki sem jo videl letos (v resnici je od lani), je The Rocket Science! Komentarja tvojih točk:
2. Prvi del filma Hard Candy — do tam, kjer ga zveže na stolu — je zame superb, sem nekje dobro prebral misel “out of this world”. Page obvlada scene.
4. Ta Reitman je gotovo ta boljši iz družine … :)
