Zelenjavna polenta

Sestavine: 6 dl vode, 2 dl koruznega zdroba, oljčno olje, paradižnik, timijan, sol, poper, košček gorgonzole, peteršilj, čebula, divji por, pol bučke.
Priprava:
Čebulo, paradižnik, divji por, bučko in peteršilj narežemo na koščke ter rahlo popečemo na oljčnem olju. V mlinček za sol stresemo grobo nerafinirano sol in timijan. Po želji lahko v mlinček dodate tudi druga zelišča. Zelenjavo solimo in popramo.
Po nekaj minutah na srednjem ognju zelenjavo zalijemo z vodo v katero dodamo tudi košček gorgonzole. Počakamo, da voda zavre in vanjo stresemo koruzni zdrob. Počakamo, da se polenta naredi in jo pretresemo v prej pripravljene modelčke. Polento pustimo v hladilniku, da se ohladi.
Polento lahko okrastite tako s svežo kot popečeno zelenjavo ali slanimi fileji, predlagam pa vam, da za pripravo krožnika uporabite lastno domišlijo.
