Cloverfield je ustvarila ekipa, zbrana okoli producenta J. J. Abramsa. Eni nestrpno čakajo njegov naslednji projekt, ponovni vzlet saj-fija Star Trek. Nedavno so pokazali teaser, v katerem pa je za zrno več od nič.
King Kong Petra Jacksona sledi njegovemu Gospodarju prstanov (2001-3). Vmes sta pretekli samo dve leti in ne vsaj pet, kot loči Gospodarja od Grozovitežev (The Frighteners, 1996). Njegov King Kong že zato ne more biti za kaj, bo kdo porekel. Ampak Jackson je ta projekt pretresal v glavi od svojih otroških dni, ko je prvič videl original, prav kateri ga je navdušil za filmsko ustvarjanje. Njegov King Kong je kraljevska pravljica in je najmočnejša, kjer je Kong kralj — na njegovem otoku in v prizorih intime, ki si jih deli z dekletom. Na primer takoj zatem, ko pospravi tiranske kuščarje. Si pa Jackson vzame čas in Konga, denimo, prvič pokaže šele v 68. minuti, kar je na dveh tretjinah originala.
Daleč od nje (Away from Her, 2006; torej predlanski film, ki je dolgo časa hodil v kina; mimogrede, kje je distributer našel besedo “daleč”?) je zanimivo videti v paru z Doktorjem Živagom (Doctor Zhivago, 1965). Julie Christie je dobra v obeh, sladka v štiri krat 10 let starem Živagu in še vsa mehka v novem filmu, za kar je letos že četrtič nominirana za oskarja.
The Darjeeling Limited je nov strup iz glave Wesa Andersona, ki svoje oboževalce še ni razočaral, ampak jih zmeraj prenese v svet, poln fuknjenih, ali toplih likov in prigod. Priporočljivo torej videti vse od njega; mnogim so najljubši Veličastni Tenenbaumi (The Royal Tenenbaums, 2001).

Ne more držati, ker je bilo najprej objavljeno kot podcast. (Obenem je pod videom link do QuickTime datoteke, ki je ista podcastovi.) Ali si seznanjen z novim feedom za Kinotožje?

Wes je moj najljubši režiser. Sicer mi je njegov najljubši film The Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou, a tudi darjeeling je poslastica. Soundtrack je spet noro dober.

darjeeling … skoraj me ima,da bi ga vrgel na šporget - ampak raje ne,ker potem ne bi zaspal do petih zjutraj !… :-)))

Osebno mi je bil Jacksonov Kong izvrsten remake, ki je hudo podcenjen..
Cloverfield je pa zanimiva filmska izkušnja. Nekaj bullshita moraš sicer res požret, ampak drugače je pa prijetno presenečenje.. Sem pričakoval dosti manj..
Zanimivo bo videt še takšnih filmov v prihodnosti..
