Vesti vse pohvale! Lepo bi bilo, če bi tovrstni prispevki postali stalnica. Na splošno je filmsko poročanje, ki se ne bi praktično otepalo mainstream produkcije, pri nas popolnoma fuč. Odšteti treba sladkobne sponzorirane izdelke tipa Premiera (razen nekatere kolumne + bolje išta nego ništa?) in komentarje, osredotočene na obleke. TV je pa itak mrtvilo. Tako da še 1x, vse čestitke. Sploh so všečne Jonasove kritične misli (Pixar nima konkurence). Tudi Shrek3 v primerjavi s predhodnikoma precej grenak priokus, bojim se, da bodo 4,5,6,7… neuzitni. Samo še besedica, ki mi že nekaj časa leži na duši. The Iron Giant (1999). Klasična animacija Brada Birda v Warnejevi produkciji, ki govori o prijateljstvu med dečkom in velikanskim robotom. ET s pridihom paranoje hadne vojne. Osebno najboljši risani v obdobju od Beauty and the Beast do Ratatouille. Slovenijo je film popolnoma preskočil. Lepo bi bilo kje zaslediti kaj o bolj ali manj prezrtih biserih. Bravo Pixarju, da nam bo ponovno punudil 2D formo. Po besedah samega Johna Lasseterja je ta postala grešni kozel za slabo pripovedovanje zgodb, tehnika sama pa ne naredi dobrega filma. Kako resnično.

Sentošiiiro dajte vsakič. To da se Ghibli (zadnje čase) oklepa tradicionalne risanke poskušajo mnogi postaviti na laž. Sumljivo je da Pixar vedno bolj obeta… Naslednjič lahko poveste tudi kaj o Papriki, ki je/bo izšla na DVDju v Sloveniji.

@Peter: Sentošiiiro vsakič, haha, saj ima dovolj referenčnih momentov? Sem pa čemeren, da nismo vključili Paprike, ker je imenitna risanka in za nas “prihajajoča”. :x

@Klemzo: “prezrti biseri” = všečna ideja, hvala. (The Iron Giant je tudi med mojimi in Bird po mojem en izmed najboljših režiserjev; zdaj pripravlja neanimirani “1906″ …)

Today, I went to the beach with my children. I found a sea shell and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said “You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear.” She put the shell to her ear
and screamed. There was a hermit crab inside and it pinched her ear.
