    Zdaj je vključen nov video, ima boljši zvok, prej je kje malo zagrmelo. (linkan QuickTime je v redu)

    @Bo: Saj, ampak tukaj tega primera ni. V bistvu je ravno to zdaj ta velika debata, ki je zalaufala creative commons.

    A sodišča bi dala (konkretno v tem primeru) prav lastnikom, ne pa neki Vesti. Ker v bistvu to v primeru Vesti niti ni zares fair use, ker s tujo vsebino delajo svojo oddajo, ki jo tržijo (na Vesti lahko kupiš oglase).
