Kadrovski hiti
20. maj 2009 ob 10:22 | Jani Sever |Dan za tem, ko je v NLB nadzorni svet sprejel odstop direktorja, je v Hitu odstopil predsednik nadzornega sveta, ker so drugi člani podprli direktorja, ki po njegovem mnenju ni pravi. Politika je spet malce po svoje kadrovala.
Tokrat je bilo na vrsti novogoriško igralniško podjetje, katerega zgodovina je burna tako rekoč od samega začetka prav zaradi politike. V igralništvo so se pač politiki vedno radi vpletali. A ne le oni. Dovolj prostora je bilo tudi za tajne službe in vse mogoče špekulante. Hit je otrok Danila Kovačiča. Mož je imel vizijo in HIT je v nekaj letih postal gonilno podjetje severne Primorske. Potem je prišla politika. Kovačič je bil obsojen zaradi poslovanja posojilne službe in kasneje pomiloščen s strani predsednika Janeza Drnovška. Igralništvo je bilo visoko obdavčeno, ne glede na to ali je opravljalo tudi turistično dejavnost. Po državi pa so začeli rasti igralni saloni, za katere so praviloma dobili koncesijo ljudje dobro povezani s politiko.
Janševa vlada je imela z igralništvom velike načrte. V Slovenijo so hoteli pripeljati ameriško podjetje in zaradi njega so bili celo pripravljeni spremeniti zakonodajo, tako da bi jim omogočili večinsko lastništvo igralniško zabaviščnega kompleksa in nameravali so znižati davčno obremenitev. Vse to, kar ni bilo mogoče narediti, da bi prosperiral HIT, so bili voljni narediti za Američane. No, zgodilo se ni nič. HIT je kmalu razumel, da za njih sodelovanje z Američani ne bo ravno velika poslovna priložnost, hkrati pa se je uprlo lokalno prebivalstvo. Projekt je bil kmalu pokopan. HIT pa je vedno bolj tonil v rdeče številke. Kriza je njegove težave še pospešila. Nihče pa še vedno ni pomislil, da bi mu pomagal tako kot so hoteli Američanom.
Z novo vlado je HIT dobil tudi novega predsednika nadzornega sveta in vse je kazalo, da nas ne čakajo kakšna velika presenečenja. Do včeraj, ko je počilo. Nadzorni svet je v nasprotju s prepričanjem predsednika Marka Jakliča, za novega direktorja podprl Draga Podobnika. Nato je prišlo je do razpada nadzornega sveta. Marko Jaklič je namreč odstopil. Razlogi pričajo o situaciji, ki je precej nenavadna. Razlogov je več. Podobnik naj bi novi direktor HITa postal v dogovoru med SD, ki je tako ali tako “njegova” stranka in SDS. Niti KAS niti koalicijske stranke pri tem menda niso sodelovale. A še bolj nenavadno je, da gre za podjetnika, ki je lastnik igralnih salonov, kar seveda predstavlja konflikt interesov.
Vrhunec presenečenja predstavlja predstavitev Podobnika pred nadzornim svetom, v kateri je kot kandidat za direktorja govoril predvsem o igralništvu. Turizma in drugih dejavnosti skorajda ni omenjal. Menda ga je bilo mogoče razumeti, da bi te dejavnosti, ki so HIT naredile za veliko in zanimivo podjetje, najraje celo odprodal. Govori se tudi o odprodaji objektov v Kranjski gori … Je sploh mogoče, da bi novi direktor lahko razmišljal na tak način? Slišati je precej nerazumno. A morda gre zgolj za natolcevanja. Konec koncev je bil proti njegovi izvolitvi samo Jaklič, ki je kasneje zaradi tega tudi odstopil, glasovanja pa se je vzdržal predstavnik delavcev. In Podobnik o igralništvu vsekakor precej ve.
Vse to se godi v Novi Gorici, ki je slučajno rojstni kraj predsednika vlade. Kar je pravzaprav nepomemben podatek. Nekaj drugega so govorice, da je bila za izvolitev Podobnika najbolj pomembna prav neposredna podpora Boruta Pahorja in lokalne SD. Prav zanimivo bo poslušati predsednika vlade, ko bo ponovno govoril o novih praksah pri kadrovanju. Kakšno pa bi lahko rekli tudi v KASu. Ob vplivu, ki ga ima ta inštitucija, bi namreč tudi tam lahko kdo odstopil.

No, gospod je tudi predsednik gospodarskega interesnega združenja malih igralničarjev pri Gospodarski zbornici. To je šele konflikt interesov.

In slej ali prej bomo kakšno “brezprizivno”, brez KAS-a in strankarskih kadrovskih “mišmašov” rekli tudi volilci, na kar oblastniki, pa naj se pišejo Rop,Janša ali Pahor, v svoji oblastniški zaslepljenosti pozabljajo. Bog ve (pa ne pove), ali bo Slovenijo še kdaj “doletel” premier, ki mu bodo interesi državljanov in države pred interesi njegove partije.

In ponovno smo v istem krogu, razlika je le ta, da imamo nov “slogan” in novo “vodstvo”:))…Politično kadrovanje v podjetjih?:))Nekaj novega?:))Čemu presenečenje?Članek je dokaj zgovoren:))…(Dopolnilo;Kar Janša ni naredil za HIT in ne za “američane” je naredil za družIno Petek?!?!?!) konflikti kot so zgoraj navedeni so žalostni.Vsake 4 leta se ponovi porces neizprosnega vsesplošnega nategovanja “malih” ljudi pod pretvezo novih,boljših kadrov,zakonov itd itd vendar vedno se ponavlja tako proces kot rezultat “novega,boljšega kadrovanja vlade”:))….

Hrvaški kupec Mercatorja s Kučanom v Zvezdi
Prvi mož hrvaškega Orbica Branko Roglić se je včeraj popoldan v priljubljeni ljubljanski slaščičarni Zvezda srečal z nekdanjim predsednikom Slovenije Milanom Kučanom. O čem se je kandidat za nakup četrtine Mercatorja pogovarjal s Kučanom, nismo izvedeli.
Toda sodeč po tem, da se je Kučan resno zazrl v prazno steklenico kokakole na mizi, ko smo pristopili k njima, se najbrž nista pogovarjala le o vremenu. “Slučajno sva se srečala v kavarni, kjer vedno pijem kavo, ko sem v Ljubljani. Je ne smem spiti s človekom, ki ga poznam že leta? Nič se nisva pogovarjala o Mercatorju,” pravi Roglić, ki je bil pred leti tudi svetovalec hrvaškega predsednika Stipeta Mesića.

Perpetum mobile…. Nikoli konca, človek obupa nad človekom.
Veste kaj moja teza je, da je za stanje v državi najbolj kriva večina medijev in družbenopolitičnih novinarjev, ki pišejo in objavljajo laži in sprevračajo dejstva. Preveč jih preprosto piše po nareku, ali pa so nesposobni analize in sinteze. Nekaj jih je tudo, ki očitno uživajo pri širjenju sovraštva.
Novinarjem in medijem ni potrebno govoriti, pisati laži in sprevračati dejstva, ker niso podvrženi volitvam, za razliko od poilitika, ki mora za izvoljitev govoriti tisto, kar ljudje radi slišijo.
zato so za stanje duha v veliki meri odgovorni predvsem mediji in tega ne morejo zanikati.
Ljudje poglejmo se v ogledalo!
