Prašičja gripa
28. april 2009 ob 16:50 | Tine Verbole |Svetovna zdravstvena organizacija je razglasila 4. fazo pandemske pripravljenosti zaradi pojava novega virusa influence. V tej fazi se tveganje za pojav pandemije močno poveča, ne pomeni pa, da je pojav pandemije neizbežen. Kljub temu, da se je prašičja gripa iz Mehike in Severne Amerike že razširila v Evropo, v Sloveniji še ni zabeležena. Virus se prenaša kapljično, pred okužbo pa se zaščitimo enako kot pred navadno gripo, torej s pogostim umivanjem rok in izogibanjem stikov z bolnimi ljudmi. Za zdaj še ni učinkovitega cepiva. Prvomajski pikniki naj ne bodo okrnjeni, saj z uživanjem svinjskega mesa okužba ni mogoča.

Kaj prašičja gripa, mene bolj skrbi epidemija parkljevke, ki se nezadržno širi. Živalim res odpadejo parkji, zato morajo v prisilni zakol ali h konjedercu ! Na ljudeh pa posledice niso tako tragične, zato nobenega ne zaustavi ali pobere, ne tajkunov ne tistih iz foruma 21, posledice so že vidne !
