Belo ribo skuhamo v sopari ali popečemo na žaru, v našem primeru je to mečarica iz Indijskega oceana, lahko pa si pripravite belo ribo iz Piranskega zaliva. Svež ananas olupimo in narežemo na majhne kocke ali tanke rezine, ki nam služijo kot podlaga za ribo. Ribo ravno tako očistimo in koščke položimo na ananas. Soliti skoraj ni potrebno, po želji dodamo le malo popra in korijandra. Pokapljamo še z limetinim sokom in jed je pripravljena. Postrežemo jo kot hladno predjed.

Ananas so pred nekaj minutami odtrgali iz drevesa in diši … no sej, samo so na študijskem potovanju … in bodo sigurno to drevo preštudirali … ananas raste kot repa, korenje, ali pesa … če še kdo ve kako to zgled … edino za ananas mora biti prvovrstna zemlja -humus … tudi koščica je bolj podobna mangovi, ne vidim dobro - avokadova je okrogla in zlo gladka - glih mam eno v kozarčku, do polovice v vodi in čakam, da bosta listka vn pokukala … poper - ma klikajte … samo mangova je kosmata in ploščata, lahko jo ure po ustih valaš, sok ven sesaš, potem je pa mogoče gladka, trda k hudič, ko je suha…taljani so pa že vse po Svetu par besed taljanskih naučili … hehehe, baccio…aja ste na tržnici bli…samo za info. ko sem v Sloveniji jaz delal še s Turisti, smo jim tudi na vprašanja dajali zelo narobe odgovore, vse mogoče…po razpoloženju in simpatiji in to glih v Izoli in okolici…zato vsem turističnim delavcem, po celem Svetu, ker so povsod glih, nič ne verjamem, če hočem renico slišat, grem malo stran od Turistov…samo še banane v vasi pri plantaži probat in unih u Sloveniji ali Italiji ne boste več jedli ali pa samo vzdihnili in se nakremžili in dol pogoltnili.
