Videli smo novo Yumo. Je za kaj? Je pa ni, vsekakor ni tako dobra kot najboljša kavbojka. Ta pa je? … Naslednjič počasi zapustimo žanr vesterna. Kako? Ali prepoznate spodnjo skladbo in njen film?
Obenem iščemo material za Kinotožje o filmih, ki se končajo z zamrznjeno sliko. Imamo dva: Butch Cassidy and Sundance Kid in Thelma and Louise. Prosimo, pomagajte in opozorite na naslove. (Malo več na Robertovem blogu.)

Vimeo … (Če bi ga rad kdo preskusil: Kinotožje 015.) Google bi bil najboljši, ampak trenutno kar naprej štrajka. Sem dal video na YouTube, dela vedno, je robusten, ampak njegov vodni žig zmoti eno drugo reč. Skladba pod videom je iz filma The Magnificent Seven, prav imata, ss in Sara. Srečno!

@nucsub: tako, da se film ustavi, da se slika zamrzne in se mogoče potem kaj zgodi z njo (da obledi v črno belo, da se kamera oddalji od nje). Tako kot v omenjenih filmih zgoraj. A da se Bilo je nekoč v Ameriki tudi tako konča? Ne spomnim se. Spomnim se počasnega približevanja čez tančico na nasmeh mladega De Nira v kitajskem gledališču.

Odlično kinotožje, škoda glede Yume, sem upal na kak pameten preporod vesternov. Ste me pa spravili še enkrat gledat The Magnificent Seven, res odlična zadeva.
Sicer pa se mi pri straneh z video vsebinami najbolj dopade Youtube, ravno zaradi robustnosti, pa edina ki mi tudi v Linuxu vedne deluje brez težav.

Ekipa - kapo dol! Vsako Kinotožje je boljše :) In ta western retrospektiva je bila fenomenalna! Kako pa naprej - še kakšna avtorska/tematska retrospektiva? Kaj pa, če bi naredili dve Kinotožji - eno samo za sodobno produkcijo, drugo pa “monografsko”? (ok, zdaj postajam zahtevna …)

Sem takoj pogruntal za kateri film gre. Če se prav spomnim je Bernstein spisal glasbo za Veličastne. Drugače pa sem ravno prejšni teden pogledal Once Upon A Time In The West, tako da se še vse živo spomnim. Sploh ta dialog je ubijalski:

Še ena zanimivost. Baje je hotel Sergio za začetno sceno (obračun na železniški postaji) uporabiti trojico iz prejšnje trilogije (Eastwood, Van Cleef, Wallach), samo Eastwood naj ne bi imel časa in je zato ta ideja padla v vodo.

@Ejsi_Disi: sam sem slišal drugače … Da je Leone pristopil k trojici in jih vpraša, če bi igrali v njegovem novem filmu, ki ga pripravlja. Bili so navdušeni, da bi bili še enkrat skupaj v nečem takem, kot je film Dobri, zli, hudobni, ki se je priljubil vsem po svetu. Ampak Leone jim je potem pojasnil, da bi bili pobiti po prvih desetih minutah. Nad tem niso bili navdušeni. (Lahko enkrat vključim klip iz enega dokumentarca, kjer en pripoveduje to anekdoto.)

Sem samo povzel, kar sem prebral in sicer na imdb-ju. Je pa verjetno res, da se niso strinjali s takim klavrnim koncem. Za klip se pa priporočam.

@Robert: eh, imam nekaj predlogov, ampak kako bo naprej - no, o tem odločate vi s Kinotožja, ne jaz :) Torej: kakšna monografska epizoda o Kubricku, Hitchcocku (o teh dveh se da še največ dobit), Tarkovskemu (te bi bila jaz še najbolj vesela), Altmanu, Coppoli, Von Trieru … imen je ogromno. Ali pa glede na temo: thriller (kot npr.: The element of crime ali The Silence of the lambs), vojni filmi (M.A.S.H., Apocalypse now), muzikali (npr. Cabaret) … etc. Prekleto, filmski medij se je tako razširil, da je izbire še preveč (kar pomeni - zmrzneš na mestu, ker ne veš, kaj bi vzel, in čakaš, da ti nekaj pade na glavo …)

@Piflarka: saj bo, prav imaš, izbira nepopisna. Jonas pravi, naj bo Kinotožje (po)govor o filmih … To se mi zdi luštna definicija. Še nekaj mi je rekel ravno danes: da je treba STALKERJA izgovarjati, kot je napisan: “stalker” in ne ameriško “stok’r”. Kaj ti misliš, oboževalka Tarkovskega?

Naj bo stal-ker. :x
Seveda. Tarkovski. Najprej bi si rad pogledal še kaj od njega. (Pa hvala za Rutarjevo referenco.) Videl tri: še Solaris (ali ima tudi ta posebno izgovorjavo, glede na originalni zapis Solyaris?) in Andreja Rubljova. Sicer pa mi je njemu enakovredni Stanley Kubrick bolj pri srcu. Ima tudi več filmov, če se ne motim.

Heh, zdaj bi ti lahko zatežila s tem, da pač “v poetiko Tarkovskega se je treba poglobiti etc. etc., ker gre za poseben način gledanja na svet etc. etc., pogojen s tradicionalnim ruskim mišljenjem, da bo Rusija (Tretji Rim) odrešila svet in da je itak Tarkovski pač bolj filozofski etc. etc. pa da moraš bit posebno razpoložen, da jih prebaviš” … Ok, zdaj, ko sem tako zatežila ti lahko povem, da je s Tarkovskim kot z ostalimi - lahko ti je všeč, lahko ti ni všeč in lahko ti je vseeno :) Posnel je malo filmov, so pa tako vsebinsko kot formalno izpopolnjeni (subjektivno mnenje): za “glavnih sedem” veljajo Ivanovo detstvo, Andrej Rubljov, Soljaris (po rusko bi bilo “Saljáris”), Zerkalo, Stalker, Nostalghia (ki ima nalašč naslov v latinici, vendar ne v italijanščini - tu bi bilo Nostalgia) in Žertvoprinošenie (heh, ta se mu je malo “ponesrečil” - spet subjektivno mnenje). Pa treba je upoštevat, da je bil sin ruskega postsimbolističnega pesnika Arsenija, od katerega je prevzel nekaj “idejnih struktur” (npr. pomen narave - v filmih Tarkovskega lahko vidiš, kako narava vdira v civilizacijo in se zmeraj znova kaže kot nenandzorljiva stihija; potem nesmrtnost človeka skozi njegovo umetnost; pomen simbolov … in še bi se našlo). Ampak zdaj sem pa res že predolga :D Sori.

Tarkovski mi je delno všeč, delno pa mi je zanj ravno. Ampak nisem mu dal še polne priložnosti. Upam na kakšno retrospektivo v Kinoteki. Mislim, da gre za enega izmed avtorjev, ki se jih da dobro zaužiti samo na velikem platnu. Drugi, ki jih poznam, so po mojem še: Kubrick, Lean, Roy Andersson.
Pa naj ti ne bo žal. Ampak si tudi že rekla. Potem moram sam reči hvala. Vse porabim. :D
